Skipping Stones with Nina Series is an expression in form and movement inspired by a life passed and the continuing flow of water. The paintings express the most subtle, silent movements that seem to burst into brilliant compositions. The series captures and explores the unnoticed life in the natural world and a life in the unforgotten past. In this series, I am not interested in portraying a precise landscape but rather painting an essence of a past recollection.
